Return Policy & Complaints
You have the right to return products that you have ordered from us. You can use that right up to 14 days after receiving the products. It is critical that products you would like to return are not used and are in their original packaging. Products that have been used and are returned to us are not accepted.
When you would like to return a product, you can do so within 14 days after receiving. Please contact us on email@example.com. After our confirmation please use the return form and include that form with your package. The shipping costs for returning a product to us are for the customer. So, please make sure the package is sufficient postage paid, otherwise we do not accept the shipment. After we received your returned product(s) in good order we will refund your payment within 14 days.
Although we do everything to satisfy our customers, it is possible that you have a complaint about our products or service. You can send those to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will answer you as soon as possible and at least within 14 days. When processing your complaint will take more than 14 days, you will be informed about that within the initial 14 days.
